Olivia French graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from North Carolina Central University. She has an extensive background in retail and sales management.
Upon starting in 2017, her drive and passion led her to become Lead Project Coordinator where she became a liaison between client services managers and project coordinators. Responsibilities included assisting the development and implementation of programs as well as mentoring project coordinators.
In 2020, Olivia was promoted to Research Operations Manager. She solely oversees the scheduling department which includes hiring/onboarding, setting up programs, navigating project concerns, and increasing shopper retention. Olivia is tireless in her efforts to match mystery shoppers with open available shops in their areas. Additionally, she works to shepherd through any surveys with unclear statements to maximize the benefit of shopper efforts for our business clients.
Olivia French is passionate about building the bridge between independent contractors and mystery shopper providers (MSP). She attends national ShopperFest conferences annually, where she leads sessions/panels, educating contractors in the mystery shopping industry. If you attend a ShopperFest, you will experience Olivia’s love of our industry and her zest for life.
Ms. French enjoys traveling and experiencing different ways of life. Having been raised in the MidWest and moving to the South, shows her every day that folks are a bit different but value the same things. Good customer service is a priority wherever you are.
