Kara Gammon was promoted in 2024 to Director of Operations. Her deep understanding of Confero’s business, commitment to excellence, organizational skills, and leadership skills make her the perfect fit for this role. Kara began her career with a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Elon University. Since starting with Confero in 2003, Kara has positively impacted our clients businesses. Her customer research contributions have shared innumerable ways to improve their customer service.
Currently, she leads Confero’s complex operations team with customized programs for projects in various industries. Kara balances different scheduling needs, surveys, and program details so that each one receives personalized service. Kara joined Confero in 2003. She is located in our headquarters in Cary, NC.
From the moment she arrived, it was obvious that she was eager for more responsibility and well capable of handling it. She has a knack for juggling multiple details while never getting rattled or overwhelmed. Kara Gammon is extremely knowledgeable about the inner workings of Confero’s business. Additionally, she is knowledgeable about her clients from a strategic and a project point of view.
Kara is responsible for Confero’s account management, client interface, quality review, client reporting, and program implementation for her clients’ national programs in retail, automotive, banking, retail and food service. She oversees one of Confero’s oldest and largest grocery client, which includes over 700 shops each month. Kara also manages customer research programs for companies that offer oil changes, soda fountains, amusement parks, a few grocery stores and more.
