Janet Morrison started with Confero in 2009 as business development manager. Currently she serves as account executive. Janet’s previous experience includes over 20 years of banking, sales and marketing positions, including a position where she was responsible for mystery shop results for the Triangle region of a nationwide bank. In this position, Janet led efforts to improve mystery shopping results, encourage improvement and develop training for improved customer service and sales.
Her Account Executive responsibilities with Confero include business development. She also enjoys serving as client services manager for clients in banking and financial services, managing phone, online and visit mystery shopping programs. Her experience as a user of mystery shops allows her to put herself in her client’s shoes, provide guidance and make recommendations for a successful program.
Janet enjoys the variety of clients that Confero serves. Learning about different types of clients’ businesses is interesting. Seeing the passion they have for improving their company’s service and, correspondingly, improve company sales levels is rewarding. Working to help companies improve based Confero’s customer research is a favorite part of Janet’s job.
Janet Morrison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Virginia.
