When You Email Confero Support:
Please include these details in your email –
- Date mystery shop completed & submitted
- Name of business mystery shopped
- Platform used to conduct the mystery shop – Sassie, Presto, etc.
- Your Confero registered independent contractor name
- Your Confero registered PayPal account name
One of the Confero headquarters team members is always watching our support@conferoinc.com email box. Please allow one business day (Mon – Fri) for a response. However, often you will get a response much more quickly.
Repeated email attempts restarts the clock on researching your question or concern. (Also please know that social media requests are received by our social media manager and then emailed to support@conferoinc.com.)
