(www.conferoinc.com), a national customer experience measurement firm, has announced that Elaine Buxton, president, has been named a 2010 Enterprising Woman of the Year by Enterprising Women magazine. This award honors women business owners who have demonstrated that they have fast-growth businesses, mentor or actively support other women and girls involved in entrepreneurship, and stand out as leaders in their communities. Many of the award recipients are also leaders in key organizations that support the growth of women’s entrepreneurship. Buxton won in the category of a business with between $1 million and $5 million in annual sales revenue. Winners were recognized at an awards celebration March 17-19 at the Marriott Doral Golf Resort and Spa in Miami.
