On Friday, February 22nd, Confero was pleased to participate in the 2019 AMC Connections Showcase held at Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, California.  Confero client services manager, Laura Leary, and data services manager, Paul Jacobi, joined Confero president Elaine Buxton at this large, interactive event for AMC vendors and managers. During the conference, the Confero team visited with AMC Theatre managers, showed examples of new reporting formats and compared them to previous reports. The team also answered questions regarding the mystery shops and results.  It was a great opportunity to meet face to face with managers; as opposed to answering questions by phone or email.   More than 750 managers, relationship owners and executives were in attendance at the event.
