reports and other information on the Internet. Reports and other
information are available for clients’ exclusive review.
Clients
access data by first visiting a private web address supplied by Confero.
Client reporting sites offer additional functionality as well, such as
posting of trend charts, updates on the client's shopping service, etc,
giving the site a client-customized look and feel. Client data sites are
easily integrated into client extranets or client sites.
Clients may
elect to receive email alerts each time a mystery shop is posted to the
website, periodic email reminders with links to individual mystery
shops, or a log-in only arrangement in which the client's manager simply
log into the system to analyze results.
Over 20 analysis
reports and charts are available on the system, allowing each client to
obtain the information needed to make appropriate decisions.
